Sage Room
Sage Room is located in The Shops at Sea Pines Center. The restaurant was originally opened by Chef Gordon Stewart and later transitioned to Chef Matt Green, continuing its focus on fine dining, seafood, steaks, and seasonal ingredients. The menu changes regularly and includes a large wine selection alongside dinner service. Sage Room has remained part of Hilton Head’s dining scene for more than two decades.

Bowdie’s Chophouse
Bowdie's Chophouse specializes in USDA Prime steaks, seafood, and classic steakhouse dishes. The restaurant originated in Saugatuck, Michigan before expanding to Hilton Head, carrying over a menu centered around hand-cut steaks, seafood towers, chops, and traditional cocktails. Reservations are strongly encouraged, and the restaurant focuses primarily on dinner service. Bowdie’s also features an extensive wine list and a bar program built around martinis, bourbon, and classic steakhouse cocktails.

Bluffton Room
The Bluffton Room is located at 15 Promenade Street in Old Town Bluffton and serves contemporary American cuisine alongside craft cocktails, wine, and tableside preparations. The menu includes seafood, raw bar selections, steaks, pasta, and seasonal dishes, with offerings that change regularly throughout the year. The restaurant is also known for its Friday-only New Orleans-style lunch service, which features a separate Creole-inspired menu and specialty cocktails.
