Opened in 2025, Joe & Vera’s is a project 15 years in the making for owner Tim Fitzgerald, who named the bar in honor of his grandparents. Drawing on a mixology career that spans from dive bars to fine dining, including serving as head bartender at the three-Michelin-star Per Se, Tim brings a remarkable level of craft and intention to every detail.

The atmosphere feels warm and nostalgic, with stained-glass lighting and classic American furniture creating a sense of comfort. The menu leans seasonal and shareable, featuring oysters, crudo, and elevated takes on bar snacks. Cocktails are thoughtfully composed, blending classic technique with inventive flavors that offer a welcome surprise.
