Chez Georges Bistro & Bar delivers a Parisian style dining experience right on Hilton Head Island’s South End. Owner George Casalicchio opened the bistro in 2020 as a tribute to the family meals and classic French cooking he grew up with. Inspired by a neighborhood restaurant his father loved in Paris, he set out to create a place where good food, great wine, and a relaxed atmosphere would make this connection to the island.

This French bistro puts a Lowcountry accent on classic dishes like escargots, steak frites, bouillabaisse, and the infamous beef bourguignon, to name a few. They also do curated prix fixe nightly events that showcase specific French cuisine and wine or cheese pairings on specific dates. Chez Georges delivers elegance, flavor, and a memorable chapter in your getaway and will even customize a menu to personally cater at your place of stay so you can enjoy a special night in the comfort of your own home.
